Sometimes courier or customs need to make an inquiry regarding your product delivery, therefor it is much easier if you put your phone number when you checkout so courier company are able to make any necessary contact with you before they send your package back to us.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Every single item on ShopTheOdd is custom printed just for you, and it will take us 3-10 business days to print and make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be prior to shipping.

WHY CUSTOMS CHARGED ME EXTRA FOR MY DELIVERY?
We are sorry to hear about the custom fee, however it is beyond our control. This is not a fee imposed nor collected by our company. ShopTheOdd has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for more information on the current charges.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply choose your style, quantity and size from the drop down menu on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!
HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames below, please contact our help support team and we’ll be happy to assist!

It may take up to 24h for your package to show up in the forwarder's tracking system.
For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification.
After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it.
To cancel or modify an order, please contact our support team and provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel or modify as well as your order number.

REFUND & EXCHANGE
ORDER MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDER
At ShopTheOdd, quality is one of our top priorities. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. In this case you do not need to return the item. We guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.
All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact our Customer Support and we will organize a reprint or a refund for you!
Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not take returns. We will replace defective or incorrect items simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.
Please make sure that:
- The product was received in the last 30 days
- The product is unwashed, unworn and unused
- The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered
In the rare event that you are unhappy with the fit of your shoe, we will process a free exchange for you.
Free Exchange will only be allowed once per shoe order.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUND IF
- You simply "changed your mind". We print on demand and therefor we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
- The item(s) have been worn or washed
- The item(s) have been altered in any way
- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault
- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
